How Reviewalmart protects author confidentiality and manages customer data.
1. Public Pseudonym / Alias Support
We believe professionals and customers should be able to share honest, truthful feedback without fear of workplace retaliation or commercial harassment. Users can configure a Public Alias in their Dashboard Settings. When enabled, your legal name is withheld from public review cards.
2. Evidence Proof Confidentiality
Proof documents (receipts, invoices, employment badges) uploaded to verify reviews are stored securely and never published publicly. Only authorized platform moderators inspect evidence to assign Verified Customer badges.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Users maintain full control over their account data and may update or delete eligible reviews directly from the Customer Dashboard.
