Many customers mention that they like the strong build, innovative design, and durability of the materials used. Delivery and the good customer experience, which includes ease of installation, are also appreciated by many customers. Nevertheless, some customers faced difficulties with the products as certain filters slowed down water flow and/or clogged very fast due to heavy metals. Some customers had trouble with certain parts of the product, for instance, pressure regulators or quick connects.
