Most of the consumers praised the fast and effective customer service that always responds fast and resolves problems, usually providing replacement or refund of the faulty product. Many consumers praised the timely delivery of the goods when orders are delivered in a timely manner and in most cases in good condition. The performance and high quality of various products were also mentioned by many consumers as the main advantage – all the products work perfectly well. Still, there were some consumers who complained about low quality of products: consumers mentioned blowout of capacitors in chargers, batteries not holding a charge, and premature rusting of sun sensors. There were some other consumers who did not have a positive opinion on customer service as it was too slow in response.
