The customers have always praised the staff for being extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, which made it easier for them to organize the services. Many of the users found it very useful in dealing with utilities and getting quality contractors, calling it the "moving concierge" that makes their moving process much less stressful. Nevertheless, there were customers that complained about receiving incorrect information about the utilities, which led to interruptions in service. There were also complaints about the lack of communication and no following after the first call from the user.
